Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Blossom Shop and entrusting us with your floral and gifting needs! Due to the nature of our business, and the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns. If the product is damaged or ruined, we offer an exchange if a complaint is received within the first twenty-four hours. However, we require a picture of the damaged product to be sent to our customer service team to verify the nature of the damage.

If our products aren't delivered within the guaranteed delivery schedule, we will offer a full refund in 5 to 7 business days. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with our floral staff at wecare@blossomshop.ca
