1. Regular Delivery (Next Day) $14.99
Orders will be delivered between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. for residential addresses, and between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. for business address on the delivery day you specify.
2. Same Day Delivery $19.98
In the Same Day delivery areas, delivery is available by 5 p.m. to business addresses and by 7 p.m. to residential addresses, if you place your order before 1 p.m. local time the same day or earlier.
PLEASE NOTE - ORDERS PLACED AFTER 4:00 PM LOCAL DELIVERY TIME THAT REQUEST NEXT DAY DELIVERY WILL BE CHARGED A $4.99 DELIVERY SURCHARGE. DURING HOLIDAYS (VALENTINES AND MOTHER'S DAY) DELIVERY MAY OCCUR AFTER 7:00 PM. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES DURING PEAK HOLIDAYS.
No Recipient/ Wrong Address
Please provide us with instructions on how to act if no one is available to receive your gift (such as leave with a neighbour, leave in a designated area).
If no person is present to accept the flowers at the location specified, our driver will act in his or her discretion based on weather conditions, safety, security, etc.
If the wrong address was supplied by the customer, an additional fee for re-delivery may apply based on individual circumstances.

Please note:
- We do not deliver on Sunday (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day are an exception) or statutory holidays (New Years, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and Boxing Day).
- We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by weather conditions, storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc. and no refunds will be issued for these reasons.
